The more context you provide, the more useful our initial response will be. At minimum, please include: the type of event (corporate, wedding, private, or design-only), your preferred or confirmed date, an approximate guest count, a location preference or existing venue commitment, and a rough budget band (you do not need an exact figure — a range helps us calibrate the right design options and supplier tier). If you have existing brand guidelines, invitation designs, or visual references, attach them — they save time in both directions. We do not share your information with third parties, and we will not add you to a mailing list without your explicit agreement.

Yes. The first consultation — whether by phone, video call, or in-person at the studio — is complimentary and carries no obligation. It is an opportunity for both parties to assess fit before any commitment is made.
Subject to current workload and confirmed availability, we can typically begin the design brief stage within five to seven working days of signing an engagement agreement. For urgent events, please call the studio directly to discuss what is feasible.
Yes. A deposit of 30 per cent of the agreed project fee is required to commence work and secure your date on our planning calendar. The deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled within 30 days of the event date.
