Betaipixel's intake process for private events begins with a conversation about the guest of honour: their personality, the colours they gravitate toward, the music they love, and the memories the host wants guests to take away. That conversation becomes a design brief. We have delivered 50th birthday celebrations with violet-creative table installations and warm ochre lighting, graduation parties with custom printed collateral and branded photo moments, and family reunions structured to accommodate three generations comfortably under one roof. Every private event we plan is documented and art-directed as carefully as any corporate commission.
From concept development to teardown, Betaipixel manages every detail so the host can attend as a guest.
We develop a visual concept — palette, decor direction, floral references, and table styling — presented as a digital moodboard for your approval before any purchasing begins.
We identify venues in and around Kakamega suitable for your guest count and aesthetic, then produce a scaled floor plan showing table arrangements, entertainment zones, and flow paths.
We brief and schedule photographers and videographers against your event timeline, ensuring key moments — entrance, speeches, cake, group shots — are planned for, not stumbled upon.
We source, contract, and manage entertainment providers and MCs, providing them with a detailed programme and cue sheet so the evening maintains energy and pace from start to finish.

Betaipixel does not provide catering directly for private events — we work with trusted catering partners whom we brief and supervise. We do not offer a same-week booking service; our minimum lead time for private events is 21 days, and for larger celebrations of 100-plus guests, 45 days is preferred. We do not guarantee specific supplier availability, particularly for peak dates around the Kenyan public holiday calendar — early engagement significantly improves your options. Alcohol licensing is the client's responsibility; we will advise on the process but cannot apply on your behalf.
