Kakamega Business Forum 2023
A 340-delegate annual conference with a violet-creative colour story, custom stage backdrop, and a spatial layout that doubled the networking floor area without expanding the venue footprint. The design received direct press commentary.
Mutava Wedding — Kakamega, 2023
A 220-guest garden wedding coordinated across a church ceremony, outdoor reception, and traditional introduction — unified by a single design concept in ivory, ochre, and deep green. Eight months of planning, zero day-of incidents.
Regional NGO Annual Gala — Kisumu, 2022
A fundraising gala for 180 guests requiring a formal dinner layout, AV presentation integration, and a live auction sequence — designed and produced within a 45-day engagement from first brief to event day.
60th Birthday Milestone — Kakamega, 2024
An intimate celebration for 75 guests with violet and gold table installations, a personalised photographic timeline wall, and a structured evening programme that moved from cocktail hour through dinner to a surprise performance without any visible cue sheets.
Product Launch — FMCG Brand, Kakamega, 2024
A trade-facing product launch for 95 guests with branded stage design, tiered sampling stations, and a press moment engineered for social sharing — including a branded photo installation aligned with the client's existing campaign visual language.
How We Document Our Work
Every Betaipixel engagement concludes with a post-event documentation pack: a written summary of design decisions and any on-day adaptations, a full photographic archive from our coordinated photographer, and a feedback review call with the primary client contact. This documentation serves two purposes — it gives you a complete record of the event, and it gives us the material to improve the next one. We do not publish client photography without written permission. Portfolio images shared here have been approved for use by the respective clients.
