Our process begins with your existing brand guidelines and extends them into a physical space. We have designed and delivered conferences, investor days, product launches, and staff recognition ceremonies for organisations ranging from regional NGOs to private sector firms with 200-plus employees. Every engagement includes a documented design brief, supplier matrix, and a run-of-show schedule shared with your internal team in advance.

Betaipixel operates primarily in Kakamega and the western Kenya counties. We can coordinate events in Nairobi and other regions, but travel and logistics costs will apply and lead times are longer. Our minimum engagement for a full-service corporate event is 60 days before the event date — shorter lead times constrain supplier options and compromise design quality, and we will say so honestly during the intake call. We do not provide event catering directly; we source, brief, and supervise catering partners on your behalf. For events exceeding 500 delegates, we recommend discussing capacity and co-production arrangements before confirming a booking.
