Betaipixel has planned and delivered weddings across Kakamega, Kisumu, and the broader western Kenya region since 2018. In that time we have worked with couples planning intimate garden ceremonies of 40 guests and multi-day celebrations exceeding 400 guests with traditional elements, church services, and reception dinners. Our approach is structured: an initial consultation to understand the couple's vision and budget band, followed by a written design brief, a staged supplier engagement process, and a dedicated coordinator present at every venue visit, rehearsal, and on the wedding day itself. We do not sub-contract our coordination role — the planner you meet at the first consultation is the planner who runs the day.
Betaipixel's wedding service is structured in phases, each with a defined deliverable and a client sign-off point.
We research and visit venues suited to your guest count, aesthetic preferences, and logistical needs — presenting a shortlist of three options with a written comparison covering access, catering restrictions, and natural light.
We develop the visual architecture of the ceremony — aisle treatment, archway or canopy design, floral palette, and seating arrangement — producing drawings and material samples before any supplier is confirmed.
We maintain a master supplier list with confirmed contacts, payment schedules, and delivery obligations — and share a full event timeline with every vendor at least two weeks before the wedding date.
From the setup crew's 6 a.m. arrival to the final farewell of the last guest, a Betaipixel coordinator manages the programme, handles supplier questions, and keeps the couple informed — not burdened.

For weddings, we recommend a minimum of six months — particularly for peak season dates between November and January and around public holidays. This timeline allows for proper venue scouting, design development, and supplier confirmation without compromise.
Yes. Betaipixel has coordinated introductions, ruracio, nikah, and church ceremonies alongside civil and garden weddings. We adapt the coordination and design framework to suit your specific ceremony requirements and family expectations.
Absolutely. We ask for a realistic budget band at intake and design within it — including a contingency recommendation of 10 to 15 per cent. We will not propose suppliers whose fees exceed your stated limits without explicit discussion.
We travel throughout western Kenya and can coordinate weddings in Nairobi, Kisumu, Eldoret, and other regions. Travel costs and additional accommodation fees are itemised transparently in the engagement proposal.
